Method 02 ยท embroidery

Stitched
Elegance.

Embroidery is one of the most refined and durable ways to add your brand to a garment. The thread becomes part of the fabric, creating a dimensional, tactile finish designed to withstand repeated wear.

At a glance

The craft

Thread laid into the fabric, one stitch at a time.

Embroidery transforms traditional sewing into a powerful branding technique. Your logo is first digitized and converted into precise stitch paths, densities, and underlay settings. Multi-head embroidery machines then reproduce the design using up to 15 thread colours at once.

Thousands of stitches build a tactile, three-dimensional emblem directly into the garment. Because the design is stitched into the material, there is no printed layer to peel or crack. The result is a refined and durable way to display your brand.

the process

Four steps from logo to finished piece.

04

Finishing

Loose threads and jump stitches are trimmed, and the backing is carefully torn or cut away. Every piece is inspected by hand before leaving our production floor.

03

Stitching

Multi-needle Tajima machines can run up to 15 thread colours at once, placing thousands of stitches per minute with consistent precision. Colour changes happen automatically, helping production move efficiently while maintaining accuracy.

02

Hooping

The garment is secured in a hoop using the appropriate backingโ€”cut-away, tear-away, or water-solubleโ€”depending on the fabric. Proper stabilization helps prevent distortion, puckering, and misregistration during embroidery.

01

Digitization

Your artwork is converted into a precise stitch file containing stitch paths, densities, underlay, pull compensation, and colour sequences. Careful digitization is essential for transforming a flat design into a sharp, dimensional embroidered emblem.

The styles

Four ways to wear your signature.

We choose the right finish based on the fabric, placement, and visual effect you want. Below are the techniques we use most often for caps and apparel.

Regular embroidery

Flat embroidery

Flat embroidery is the most common technique. Dense, continuous stitches follow the contours of your logo and sit close to the fabric, creating a crisp, refined, and versatile finish.

Polos, dress shirts, fleece, jackets, and caps

3D puff embroidery

Foam embroidery

A foam layer is placed beneath satin stitches to create a raised, sculptural effect. This bold, sporty finish is especially popular on snapback caps and varsity apparel.

Caps, beanies, and statement varsity apparel

Tone-on-tone

Subtle stitch

The thread colour is matched to the garment, creating a discreet, refined emblem that is felt before it is noticed. This style works particularly well for hospitality, luxury, and corporate uniforms.

Hospitality uniforms, premium polos, and knitwear

Applied patches

Embroidered patches

The design is embroidered onto a separate material with a finished merrowed or laser-cut edge. The patch is then sewn or heat-applied to the garment, making it ideal for thick fabrics or replaceable badges.

Workwear, jackets, caps, and technical apparel

WHY EMBROIDERY

A refined, durable finish for professional apparel.

Long-lasting durability

Because embroidery is stitched directly into the fabric, there is no printed layer to crack or peel. With proper care, it maintains its appearance through repeated wear and laundering.

A premium appearance

Embroidery gives garments a polished, professional appearance and is widely used for corporate and hospitality apparel.

Pantone-referenced thread colours

We use Isacord 40 thread in more than 380 colours and consult a Pantone conversion chart to select the closest available match for your brand.

Suitable for durable fabrics

Embroidery works well on caps, fleece, softshell fabrics, denim, and canvas, including materials that may not be suitable for printing.
